Founder/President: Major Matthew Prane USMC (Retired): Matthew proudly serves his country in the US Marine Corps. Matthew has a passion to bring his love of swimming to the local community and to make it accessible to more people. Next Level Aquatics, a nonprofit organization founded in Onslow County, North Carolina, is committed to improving water safety and saving lives through accessible, high-quality learn-to-swim education. Beginning in Summer 2026, Next Level Aquatics will offer learn-to-swim scholarships for children and families seeking to develop essential aquatic skills. The goal is to build diversity within the sports community and provide opportunities for community members to learn a life-saving skill.
